About us
Adi Way is a Hebrew and English content website about what happens between your plate and your gut: healthy habits, everyday nutrition, and gut health, including irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis.
What we write about
We publish two types of content. Articles address a single question and explain it briefly and clearly: coffee on an empty stomach, iron and fatigue, eating at a restaurant. Guides are designed for days when you need to know what to do now: a day with a flare-up, a bag for leaving home, a week of simple meals.
Content is organized into categories: Nutrition and Gut Health, Healthy Habits, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Sugar and Weight, Sleep, Sports and Nutrition, Food Shopping, Mental Health and Habits, Nutrition Research, and Family and Kitchen.
How we write
- In plain language, without unnecessary jargon, clearly distinguishing what is known from what is still being studied.
- Without promises of a cure, patient stories, or invented quotations.
- With clear indications of situations in which you should not wait to see a doctor.
- The illustrations on the site are for illustrative purposes only, not photographs of real people or cases.
Full details are available in our editorial policy.
What this site is not
The site is not a clinic and does not provide personal advice. Its information is general and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a doctor or dietitian familiar with your situation. In a medical emergency, call MDA (Magen David Adom, Israel's emergency medical service) immediately at 101 or go to an emergency department.
Who operates the site
The site is operated by Easy Internet. Articles and guides are published under the byline Adi Way Editorial Team. For questions, comments, and corrections, contact us through our contact page.
